Reviewer: John Aurlien Date of review: 23 March 2007 Recommends this hotel: YES Room Hotel Facilities 2 Bed 5 Ambience 3 Cleanliness 5 Service 4 Room Size 5 Location 5 Amenities 3 Value for Money 5 We have stayed at Skene House many times before, both for business and pleasure, and will stay there again (but it's about time to replace some of the funiture!) This suite is equipped for self catering, however the "dining table" was old, worn out, and so unstable that a glass placed on top ran the risk of falling to the floor! Because we stayed there over the weekend, there reception staff had was not able to do much. The next day we got another table that was slightly better, but still a bit shaky.
