The service was efficient, professional and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. The room, although not very large,was elegant, quiet and very well appointed. The bathroom was stylish and spotlessly clean.

It was great! We were so happy with this Sofitel we will stay only there from now on whenever we travel to Lisbon. We will also love to try some other Sofitel Hotels. It was a wonderful experience. Not only was the room great, comfortable beds and pillows, but the service staff were all great, extremely helpful in every way. We love it! Mindy Puchalt
