Reviewer: mathew French Date of review: 15 September 2006 Recommends this hotel: Neutral Room Hotel Facilities 3 Bed 4 Ambience 4 Cleanliness 4 Service 3 Room Size 4 Location 5 Amenities 3 Value for Money 3 service was good , although after we made a noise complaint the first time , we were moved from the room next to the loading dock to the room right under neath the restaurant . this was not great service . after another complaint , as we were kept up until 1 am , we finally got a upgrade on our last night . although 3/4 nights at the hotel , we were in rooms which were filled with noise . with regards to the cleanliness , was mostly clean although found few strasy hairs in one of the bathrooms . amenities - on 2 of the days the pool had bugs floating in the water .
