Prime location in a Capital City, no porter and 2 staff at the Reception desk. No service. Arrival and departure had ques at reception. No direction where to get refreshments. Arrow pointing direction to Coffee Bar but there was no such a place which is unusual for first class hotel and we were dieing to have a coffee after a lengthy flight. No help with luggage. Generally no interest in the customer. Frontage of Hotel filthy and uninviting. Pavement very dirty and steps leading to the Hotel. Very bad advertisement to Sokos Hotels. We wont visit this hotel again. Room had magnificient views over the City. We were comfortable in our beds. Found the bedroom quite small to get around the bed for a superior room. Lacking in cupboard and drawerer space should one wish to unpack. Lacking information in the room about facilities in the Hotel,eg. Times and where to take breakfast/tea room etc. Room service was offered but no listing what was on offer. No info about how to set the TV and the teletext was very difficult to navigate. Tiny Bathroom for a superior room.
