The service is very good. The only problem we have is that in high season, we have to pay a supplement for the family room of about GBP20 per person per night, which makes it a very expensive hotel for us. we were asked which room would we like and asked which room we usully stay in. We usally have a family room as we have the children with us. We came without the children for this short holiday, and the receptionist said we may have the family room again, which was very nice of her.

Very friendly hotel and the service in the dining room and reception was very good. The location excellent and on the whole it was very good value. The choice of restaurant and food was also very good. We felt the mirrors were smeared and there was dust on dressing table. No toilet paper on one occasion and the soap was not refilled. The facilities, bed, balcony, bathroom were all comfortable and well equipped.
