The front desk staff members were helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast had a variety of good options. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated from hot to cold and back again. The walk to central Milan attractions was a bit long, but the subway is always an option.

We had a day to spend in Milan and with the help of extremely courteous front desk staff, found where to catch the metro to get to the main sights and shopping around Duomo. The room and public areas were immaculate. Breakfast (included) was good too.

The breakfast was excellent and was a nice amenity. The location was very good, within walking distance to the train station and buses for the airports. When we come through Milan again we hope to stay with you.
