Also we had a few problems with staff changes to our visit, this was handled excellently by Katrin Ehlert at the Sorat the best service we have ever had from a reservations clerk and everyone agreed as a international company we shall recommend. Please pass our thanks from Hollingsworth & Vose England to Katrin. The room was excellent.
