Service staff most helpful, breakfast was very nice. Just some deep cleaning in the rooms would be nice. Large room and bathroom, but carpet was badly in need of cleaning or replacement. Room located on street side, which was noisy late into the night.

Also, my room was way out the back in a separate building, and I was simply directed back out the front door without detailed instructions or a map. I wrote 'poor' only because there was no hot water. Apparently this was an issue beyond the hotel's control, but I was not told anything about this when I checked in and had difficulty getting information about it initially. Apart from this, amenities were fine.
