The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. If I was to go back to Sorrento I would defiantly stay here again. Its location was perfect bang in the city center.

The room itself was great, and had everything we needed. But the air con not working, and the amount of noise (either coming from the lobby or outside) was annoying. The fa ct that we were unable to check-in to our room for the first evening really set and bad first impression, and I felt that we lost a day of our hliday due to it. However, very friendly people running the place, who did try to help where possible. Some attention to the minor details would make a big difference. Air con did not work. No privacy on the balcony during the evening, due to the overlooking restaurant. Bathroom floor needed to be mopped. Generally very noisy during the day.
