Overview
 Hotel Spa Porta Maris is located in Alicante, Spain, between the Postiguet Beach and Alicante's Marina, just 100 metres from the historic and commercial centre of the city, and in front of the casino. The nearest train station is 1.5 kilometres away. The Museo Arqueologico Provincial de Alicante (MARQ) is three kilometres from the Hotel Spa Porta Maris. The museum includes rooms for Iberian Art, Roman Culture, the Middle Ages, Archaeology and Science, and the Modern Age.

Designed in a modern style, Hotel Spa Porta Maris stands six storeys high. The hotel overlooks an outdoor swimming pool and sun area, and also features an indoor pool with solarium. Restaurante Marabierta offers views of the sea and serves traditional Mediterranean food. There is a Spa Wellness Centre located on the mezzanine floor opposite the Postiguet Beach. It offers Shiatsu massage, massaging footbaths, two hot tubs, a Hamman, an ice cabin, and a cardio fitness room.
