Comment on Hotel :
My wife and I stayed one night in your Hotel. We had booked by Internet to stay in the Toulouse Airport "Sofitel" so had initial difficulty finding you as the hotel had been renamed "Pullman" shortly before our arrival date. It would have been helpful to have been informed of this as you had our email details from when we made the booking!
Once found (!) we were impressed by the standards we encountered. Our room was of only average size but very comfortable, well supplied and with an excellent bed. All the staff we met were polite, courteous and clearly well trained.
Our highest praise is that we left our car in the hotel car park for the duration of our holiday abroad. We were taken with no charge to the airport departures and collected again on our return to Toulouse. The driver was particularly polite and helpful.
In summary, your hotel was very good as a comfortable night stop prior to a long haul flight. My wife and intend to stay with you again (subject of course to similar pricing etc) and would certainly recommend it to others.
