I was pleased at how quiet our room was given the proximity to the station. The room was modern, comfortable and very stylish. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was very helpful and professional. We were without our luggage for the night of our stay and the staff were very helpful with supplying us with the toiletries we required. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend I was traveling with who needed a hotel by the train station. Alison, United States

The hotel is very, very close to the central train station which makes it easy to catch the bus for an early departure to Malpensa. You have to cross the park beside the train station which has some dubious characters milling around but the police routinely patrol and confront anyone looking suspicious so we felt safe. The hotel itself is definitely 4 star. Lobby and rooms are contemporary and fairly large. Clearly Italian because it all 'looks good' and is high tech. The bed was so comfortable and our early wake-up call was right on time. The hotel's restaurant is excellent. The service was outstanding and the food was wonderful. It was perfect for our needs and we will return.

Felt absolutely exhausted when we arrived but received very good pleasant service at the reception desk and the porter. The room couldn't have been more inviting - so up-market with excellent facilities and wonderful lighting.

Very modern, very clean and all staff members were very helpfull. We could not have ask for more. We thought that are room was spacious and impicably clean. The bathroom was also very clean and very spacious.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Very convenient location close to main raliway station with a good metro link nearby. Excellent bathroom. The bed especially was wonderfully comfortable with a nice light duvet. Internet access was outrageously expensive - why do hotels charge so much for wireless connection?
