Only two possible additions; 1)A roof top area for the weary traveller to enjoy the night air and a smoke prior to retiring for the night. Sometimes even people who do smoke still prefer to have a non-smoking room, but still the option of a place to have the odd cigarette. 2)An on-site washing machine for the few favorite items of clothing. When travelling there's not a lot of options for keeping the favorite things clean, and an off site facility is too expensive for the family traveller. All else was great, and I would not have any hesitation in recommending Star Hotels, especially Michelangelo, to my friends.

The staff were helpfull and friendly.The breakfast was a good selection. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be an advantage,not everyone wants to order room servce.

Everything else was great.
