THE BREAKFAST COULD BE BETTER WITH MORE KINDS OF FOOD, THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL, THE PARKING WAS ALL RIGHT. FINALLY THE CHOICE OF STAYING AT THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT

THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS SATISFACTORY FOR A 4STAR HOTEL. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS CONVENIENT ,BEHIND THE DUOMO, AND THERE ARE MANY RESTAURANTS NEAR BY. I CERTAINLY PREFER TO REVISIT THE HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.

We'd stay there again for that reason but first would want to make sure some updates had been made. when one returns to a hotel room after a long day, especially in a city - want an inviting space to be and relax. It was a long walk through a dark and dirty hallway to get to the room from the elevator. While the bed/bathroom were clean, walls and carpet needed some attention giving the room a feeling of not being quite clean. Especially after the walk down the dirty (carpet and walls) hallway.

I think it is over priced, the only thing is the Hotel is placed in the centre of Milan this is the only reason I book the rosa HOTEL.
