Unfortunely, we could not wait for the system to be repaired so we had to fly 10 hours without having been able to bath properly. No adjustment for the bill was offered.

When I got home I couldn't find it. Staff came to the room to help me and 'found' my phone under the bed. It was switched off which I most certainly did not do. I have no proof, but I felt my phone had been placed there and switched off, to be collected later if I had not noticed it's disapprearance or had said I lost it outside the hotel! I would therefore not recommend or stay here again.
