Perfect stop-over! On a stop-over, this was perfect, as it took just a few minutes to get to the hotel, then back again to the airport. The shuttle was excellent. It is also a very peaceful location, with lovely rooms and a gracious staff. The beds were excellent with duvets, providing good rest. The choice of restaurants in the evening (two) were fine; however, the prices for the food (especially for those on a budget) were a bit expensive, even in the less-expensive venue. I'd stay here again.

Also the rooms were very well soundproofed! We found the staff most pleasant and helpful. The Shields from Canada.

My wife remarked that thsi was the best hotel we had ever stayed in anywhere in Europe. The room was nice, and the bar restaurant served very good food. The waiter, Ahzar Awan, was extremely courteous and provided excellent advice on the various entrees. He was a model of professionalism and a very good representative for your hotel.

The staff was polite but not helpful. Beds have just a duvet cover, there was only one small blanket and the heat did not work until 6:00 am. All TV channels, including news channels, are available only in German unless you choose Pay Per View. There is no coffee pot in the room, the amenities are below even third-rate hotels and the management trust their clients so much they tape the door of the mini-bar! I guess you also pay to look. If you are 5 feet or less you will have to stand on tip-toes to wash and brush your teeth because the lavatory's round shape is awkwardly wide. Fine location. Lousy value for an expensive hotel. M. The light in the bathroom was too dim for women who put on makeup (as I do), and the dimness made the bathroom feel a bit dirty. The bathtub faucet had an annoying leak-- drip, drip, drip. I very much appreciated the service of the shuttle bus, but the information on your Web site on where it stops at the airport is incorrect. It does not stop at all at Terminal B, and it makes only one stop at Terminal A. I experienced another little annoying gap in information when using the computer in the Busines Center. I had paid at the front desk for an hour's use. But by following the instructions on the computer I was unable to get on the Internet. The problem was, the screen that is used by people who pay on-line cannot be skipped over, as one would expect. I had to go and get help, and then learned that "there can't be any empty fields" on the screen used by people who pay on-line. How was I to know that?

Very well appointed room and although I did not eat in any of the hotel restaurants I took a meal in my room and the meal was of a high standard. The business facilities were adequate and the leisure facilities including pool on the eighth floor were excellent.
