The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately come back on vacation to this hotel. The front desk nicely upgraded me to a suite when the regular room I reserved was sold out. perhaps a phone with letters on the keypad as well as numbers next time. Letters are used when checking voice mail, sending messages, etc.
