(They had one in the lobby for 15 Euros or more per half hour!) They really need to do better in that area!

Shuttle service to a/port is very helpful. Close to a/port but cut off from noise, lot of place to stroll around the hotel. Good service, helpful staff. Will stay again here next time.

Food was OK. But it was very nice to have a full menu and bar service.

They were also courteous and good in English. The man serving drinks on the outside terrace (sunny evening) was very welcoming, and the wine he suggested tasted good, and was economical price: so I drank more. The breakfast was as wide a choice as one could wish for. It was nearer to the airport than I expected (airport hotels are sometimes further away than rreasonably expected), and the bus service was free and regular. I would stay there again if overnighting from one flight to another, or even if I was passing by on the motorway. Booked special promotion on the internet, from Changi Airport Singapore. very good value.

Hotel staff and also the shuttle bus drivers in Frankfurt were very pleasant and helpful. Your dining room staff in Frankfurt were excellent in the way they took to explain with no language barrier. The suites were certainly soundproof.

Very friendly staff though but we happened to get a room where the sink was constantly overflowing....not a nice thing to have to deal with. View of carpark, so not too good. But overall the hotel had everything we needed for an overnight stay.
