The same front guy told me to wait for 20 minutes and the rooms were not available. At 3:00 pm, the rooms were still not available and we strongly requested him to have us check in any available rooms. He should not have said something he could not do. This made us have some doubts on the services of the hotel. And I think I was assigned a cheaper room compared with my rate. I have an impression that I was assigned the downgraded room.

It was very nice and we appreciated the upgrade very much. Everything was first-rate.
