The Hotel St.Gotthard Zurich represents over 100 years of fine hotel tradition. The hotel is situated on Switzerland's most famous street, the world renowned Bahnhofstrasse. In 1889 this elegant five story corner property opened its door for the first time, under the management of the family Manz. Today the Hotel St. Gotthard maintains this family tradition and is now in its third generation of the same ownership. The hotel's renovated Lobby Bar is the perfect place to start the evening with a glass of chilled champagne as you decide whether to dine in the recently renovated Italian and Mediterranean restaurant La Bouillabaisse, the Cafe St. Gotthard or the Lobster and oyster bar.

We stayed during Euro2008. Very good location; Next to Bahnhof and Globus and other department stores and close to fashion stores. 5 min walking distance to altstadt and 10 min to lake.
