Helpful and kind staff. Great location close to metro and tramway, good breakfast, clean rooms although a little small. I would repeat!

The purpose of our trip to Vienna was to see the city and possibly attend some of the concerts taking place at that time. We found this hotel excellent for what we required. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with all amenities, such as coffee/tea and a large bathroom. The location of the hotel was ideal for our programme as we were able to walk to the centre of Vienna in approx 15 minutes. The staff at reception and in the restaurant for breakfast were efficient, friendly, and very helpful in booking events such as concerts and advising on restaurants etc. We would return to this hotel again . Unfortuantely, the hall outside of our room was being renovated and the smell of paint fumes mixed with the asphalt smell from outside renovations were most unpleasant. To top it off, Vienna was experiencing a heat wave (103 degrees) and this room without air condtioning and with these noxious smells were too much to bear. We paid for one night and then checked out of the hotel at 11:30 pm and went to an airconditoned Radisson, which was much more expensive, but more bearable. I think once they have completed their renovations, which according to the night staff, includes air conditioning, this facility will be a good value. Location not too bad...10 min. walk to Operaring.

It is not lavish or luxurious but it was very clean comfortable and well located for sight seeing and excellent value
