In fact she was very vague about everything that I inquired about in regards to your hotel facilities, local services and then later in her lack of action /response to my requests regarding; a) Discovering my bed sheet was actually torn and not dealt with when informed. Nor was it dealt with the following day. b) Attitude when I presented her with the 'clean' towel that I had been left following the daily housemaid service. This towel was in no state to be given to a guest for use as it was either still soiled or terribly stained. The housemaids were obviously in a hurry when servicing my room both before & during my stay as I didn't locate the hotel info folder until the end of my stay as I spotted it under the bed when i was packing. Also my tea cups weren't replaced after being used, but saucers & spoons were left behind. And of course the issue of the linen. Thus I was disappointed as it would have been an otherwise pleasant first visit to both your hotel and Aberdeen. The room itself was very warm & comfortable.
