This is not neecessarily bad. However the restaurant lets the hotel down. Not only is it expensive but the service and quality are poor. I ordered a vegetable based pasta. Hardly a challenging dish to prepare but I had to wait an hour and three quarters for it to arrive! When it did come, it was dry and tasteless as if it had been sitting prepared for almost the time I had waited. My husband's meal was also delayed by the same time but was at least edible, if not worth the wait. The waitress said there were problems in the kitchen. Also the food serving area is observable from the restaurant and, on that night, watching food being pushed into an aesthetic form by the chef's bare finger was not a pleasant prelude to a meal.
