Le Bistropôle
Featuring largely International and French cuisine, Le Bistropole is
decorated in cool, contemporary style and offers an outdoor dining
option in its open-air terrace during the summer. This outlet is
also the first 5-star hotel in Geneva to offer the concept of
'luxury sandwich bar'. With a menu offering 12 to 15 types of sweet
and savoury sandwiches, sushi and three salads, the restaurant also
offers a wide range of wines served either half or full-bottle with
a wine-tasting option. The restaurant can also be reserved for
exclusive functions up to 60-person capacity.

Le Grand Quai
Located on the Place de la Métropole, the Le Grand Quai
offers fine international cuisine combining the delicate
flavours of Italy and Provence. Oozing in elegance and
splendour, the restaurant features magnificent hand-painted
trompe-l’oeils of Geneva and Mont Blanc by the artist Jean
Dubois. On Thursday evenings the café offers a seafood
buffet, well-known among regulars of the hotel, as well as
deluxe sandwiches and a wine bar.

The Mirror Bar is the stylish and trendy resident bar,
featuring striking deco in red walls and furnishings and
lounge music. With its own resident pianist, this bar lounge
offers a cool jazzy ambience as well as a large selection of
cocktails, champagnes and quality wines coupled with fine
caviar, snacks, a variety of appetisers and hot dishes.
