We were not made aware of this at time of booking. No wine on arrival as arranged at time of booking. Fixtures a little dated.

When I tried to get breakfast at 6.30am I was told it would not be available until 7.00am. For business meetings and travel factors breakfast should be available from at least 6.30am so as to provide for the possibility of leaving the hotel by around 7.00am to get through rush hour traffic, etc.

They were also quick to bring extra pillows and towels. The only main drawback to the hotel is that it is quite a distance from the city centre and difficult to get to if you are not familiar with the area or have a rental car. Nice View.
