Originally built as a wealthy merchant's house in the 1740's, The Abbey Hotel Bath re-opened in 1990 following a full refurbishment, which included returning the front of the hotel to its original splendour. Located in the heart of Bath, behind the Abbey and a minute's walk from the Roman Baths, this comfortable and charming hotel is central to all that Bath has to offer. I think the hotel used this reservation to allocate to me a very poor room ;
they present me firstly a room with 2 small beds(reservation was 1 large bed ) and mainly the room was on the ground floor ; 2 windows open to the street .
