If it were my hotel I would want someone to tell me. When I asked for a duplicate postcard of the one supplied in the leather stationery portfolio from the room -- she immediately replied, without making any effort, that it wasn't possible. It was a photo of the hotel. They were selling postcards (which I would have purchased) -- but none of the postcards for sale were photos of the hotel. Fantastic views. Beautiful room. Two balconies. The setting on Lucerne Lake is absolutely majestical. The hotel is equally breathtaking.
