Comment on Hotel :
On the day I was checking out the woman staffing the concierge desk --- was simply arrogant. If it were my hotel I would want someone to tell me. When I asked for a duplicate postcard of the one supplied in the leather stationery portfolio from the room -- she immediately replied, without making any effort, that it wasn't possible. It was a photo of the hotel. They were selling postcards (which I would have purchased) -- but none of the postcards for sale were photos of the hotel.
Comment on Hotel Room :
Fantastic views. Beautiful room. Two balconies. The setting on Lucerne Lake is absolutely majestical. The hotel is equally breathtaking.
