The hotel staff are absolutely brilliant very helpful and also friendly, in fact what ever you want you will get. We have stayed at this hotel many times and never felt any different, it is the only hotel in grasmere we enjoy to stay in and we have tried others, nothing wrong with them in any way but for us the Wordsworth is for us.
