This site was MUCH cheaper and included breakfast. Barmaids Bing (Janice ) and Dawn were excellent. Bus stop right outside hotel for drunken nights out. Rainbow Casino right oppoisite is very freindly.

The staff were eager to help and were extremely efficient. The room was large and well equiped and the view was breathtaking! The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log !! The breakfast was very enoyable with lots of variety. All in all, very good value for money and I would certainly use this hotel again. Thank you!

The room was 'wedge shaped' , not large but adequate and the bathroom/shower facilities were superb. We liked the secure car park arrangement and felt able to leave my car there whilst using the excellent bus service. The staff were courteous at all times. Breakfasts were good, however, nice variety, with excellent coffee and great sausages! Yes, I would stay there again for the convenient location, the friendly staff , the good food and the car park arrangement-

Within walking distance when weather is good and an easy bus hop if not. Staff were very helpful with advice re transport, useful if this is your first visit to Birmingham. It was certainly better value for moneyy than hotels in the city centre.
