Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We hope to visit again sometime!

I was put in a twin room no smoking. I was moved to a superior single which has a slightly bigger bed but was informed all rooms were non smoking. Why was this not made clear during the booking process? If I had known I would have booked elsewhere. Also had to park my car in a dimly lit car park away from the hotel. I had no cash on me and this was an unexpected nightmare. i had to leave my luggage in the car whilst I went to look for a cashpoint. the nearest one being in a supermarket for which I was charged to withdraw my money. Due to the fact I could have been clamped I did not wish to carry on walking to look for an alternative. This should be made clearer when booking.
