The room was extremely clean and functional - not the most luxurious but perfectly adequate. Tea and coffee making equipment in the room would have been a bonus. The staff were extremely helpful even to the point of making tea for us whilst clearly bemused by three women wanting a pot of tea after arriving in the late evening. I would feel confident to recommend.

The shower was good and powerful. It is also located on the TXL bus route so is very convenient for Berlin Teigel airport(15 - 20 mins) and is also close to an underground station (250 meters). The most outstanding feature of the Hotel was the buffet breakfast which was magnificent. My partner - a vegetarian - enjoyed the many fresh fruits, yogurt and cereals, while I devoured several types of cheeses, ham, roast beef, sausages or salami. Also available were eggs scrambled or boiled - though I think they will also cook them to order, and bacon and mushrooms. There was also a choice of around 7 different breads and a variety of crispbreads. Fantastic, take me back there !!! Mike

Buffet breakfast was of a very high standard. The only one complaint we have about our room was the terrible smell in the bathroom seemingly caused by pipes to shower/bidet??

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - they are a credit to the hotel. My only complaint would be the pillows on the bed were too soft for me. Also, there was only one pillow per bed. Besides these minor points, everything else was fine.
