Helpful.friendly owner. Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea in the room.

Plenty of restaurants nearby. Fantastic breakfast. very big - loads of room. Would have preferred non-smoking - we did request this when booking. Paintwork getting tired.

The room was fine, but it would have been helpful to know in advance that most rooms were for smokers. We could have asked in advance for a non-smoking room. We appreciate we could have asked to move rooms, but didn't wish to cause inconvenience for such a short stay.
