Breakfast acceptable. Good trattoria across the road, various other food options close. Room clean, pleasant & all essential amenities available. Bed comfortable. Lovely quiet courtyard. Very good value for a central Rome hotel. Would certainly stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable, spotless and had a small fridge with drinks and snacks. It offered more TV channels than other similar hotels I stayed at in Europe. The bathroom was new and very clean and had plenty of towels. The staff was very helpful and nice, going the extra mile to help if possible. For example, the morning I left for Florence, since I didn't have time for breakfast, they put together a bag with breakfast without my asking. I will certainly return to the Tirreno if I go to Rome again.

It was clean, friendly and efficient. The hotel position is excellent and the area safe. Good for cafe's and also the Black Falcon pub (opposite the hotel) is worth a late night drink as well. All in all, the whole Rome experience was a fantastic one, would I use the Tirreno again - YES!!!!

Everything was perfect except for the bed clothes. I am used to a duvet and struggle all night with the sheet, the blanket and the quilt!
