The location of this hotel was great! The way to get around Rome is walking which can be exhausting to beable to come back to such a lovely hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. They also arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and even though we were slightly delayed the driver was there waiting for us looking very smart!

Our stay at the Tiziano Hotel made our trip to Rome a truly wonderful weekend!!

We accidentally left behind two items in the closet. The staff had no knowledge of those items when we called. The door to the bathroom was not secured and so the knob came off if you pulled on it. The bathroom was also dirty and had mildew.

Although priced higher than others the location within the city was the best feature. The small breakfast area was fun each morning and the staff were great. The bar area and lobby was a bit dated but we were all happy. One double room was OK and the second double room was a bit smaller. The rooms were also clean & comfortable. The street noise was always present but one gets used to it. The bathrooms were OK just average.

Room too small for 4 persons and to simple breakfast ( no eggs, nothing, no cappacino) To much money for what we get.

The toilets did not flush properly. The paper would just not quite make it down with the flush. They couldn't seem to remedy this feature. The breakfast was the best feature of the hotel. Very good quality food and coffee and good sevice. The location was also an excellent one. It was right in the middle of everything. If only it had been a couple hundred dollars cheaper per night! Not used to paying $400 per night for a room and not have it be luxurious. Italian and U.S. standards are awfully different. The hotel was pleasant enough. The highlight was Paolo, our favorite guy behind the desk. If not for him, it would have been a totally different exp. In addition, the place was a bit pricey for the quality of the room; especially the size of the room and the bathroom!!

For a small hotel, we found to be it to be excellent and within walikng distance of all main attractions. Thr room was extremely attractive. The bath room was first class.
