The staff were very helpful and courteous. We have become used to non smoking hotels and bars in the UK since July and this was our only downside of the stay as we are both non smokers, but this is only a minor issue. The hotel was ideally located for shopping and rail access to Dussledorf and to meet our family. The bar facilities were very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Overall we were very impressed and will almost certainly visit again in the New Year.
