Staff at reception desk were very friendly and helpful

nobody to serve drinks from bar,guy at reception said that the girl on duty had to go home and he could not serve drinks.this was at 10pm

we asked for a double bed, were not given ot and we were put in the old part of the hotel

We do enjoyed the hotel and the people that work in the hotel are really attentive with the guests.

The elevator kept breaking down. No ability in the room to call internationally using a calling card.

For me this hotel was perfect.....and the receptionist SERGE was lovely to me. Thanks for a good stay!

Very friendly reception staff.

Problem with lift access to floors on 2nd building for heavy luggage. Staff available on arrival but nuisance value on departure when in hurry.

The balcony was a pleasant surprise. Nice and warm. Bathroom could have been nicer though, especially the shower.

mAMenities were excellent good but would like to see coffee service in room, I get up early and would like a cup of coffee when I get up.

The hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station, from which a direct train to the airport can be taken. The room was quiet, as we requested; the windows opened. There was an air-conditioning unit, but we did not find out how to switch it on. However, we did not need it.

A staff at the reception was too busy. He may not be able to provide an efficient service especially during busy time. all the towels in the bathroom are not in a good condition anymore. Why don't they chage a new one....

THE HOTEL WAS NICE, WELL-LOCATED AND THE SERVICE GOOD.HOWEVER, LUNCH AND DINNER WERE NOT SERVED THERE. WE REALLY LIKED THE ROOM, IT WAS CLEAN AND A GOOD-SIZED ONE.

The Reception Desk staff lacked personality - one man in particular was almost rude. It's a nice hotel but would be a lot nicer if you had friendly, cheerful people on the reception desk. The breakfast was excellent - particularly the delicious fresh bread rolls!!! A very attractive room - the bedcovers and curtains were lovely, and everything was provided.
