Comment on Hotel :
I had a bad experience with accommodation in Bologna the night before but this was the complete opposite. OK, it's not central but there is a Metro stop at the end of the street and for Milan the price was excellent. I can't say anything was below standard, I was very happy with the room, amenities, staff and breakfast. Recommended.
