Trolley bus service to the city centre is frequent and cheap, so the location is not an inconvenience. As a relatively low cost hotel, it provides very good value for money, as the rooms are clean and the staff friendly and polite

I stayed overnight as I needed to get back to the airport in the morning. The staff were very friendly, speaking French/English, and the breakfast was just what I needed before a ride through the Alps. It is simple in it's functionality, but suits the purpose of being easy to get to, and provides great value for money.

It is a very old hotel that has been neglected in the maintaince department. Our bathroom had ants all over the towels. The shower tiles had wide cracks in them and was mildewed. The shower head would not stay in place when turned on. The tub is a 3 foot step up and over to get in or out. The carpets, wall coverings and bed spreads are worn out and frayed. The rooms have extremely poor lighting. The whole hotel needs a desperate update and emergency repairs on maintenance. If I had known there would be a survey, I would have taken photos of the bathroom, at least. The nice thing about the hotel was that they accommodated our early departure by setting out the buffet breakfast early and its close proximity to the airport.

However, the pots and pans were not properly clean and it could be useful to provide a washing up cloth and washing up liquid, so they can be clean for the next person. Sofa and TV were great.
