Service could be better; no towels and there was no blanket in the house while nights are getting cold nowadays in Madrid.

The desk clerks were helpful and courteous. We did not eat in the hotel due to all the eating options nearby. Great size bathroom!

I booked a tripple room, but when we came to the room, it was not a tripple, but double room with extra bed. So there was not any room to move. If I knew, I would book a family room. But nobody told us anything.

Free internet access in the lobby was an added benefit. The bathrooms are a bit odd, with frosted glass doors, etc., but they are attempting to be modern. All in all, very nice.
