The staff were friendly and very helpful.
although i have rated the hotel quite high above their are 2 major problems.
1. The airconditioning was turned off for the winter,the humidity and heat in the hotel was unbearable. I have stayed in
... hotels all over the world and it was the worst i have stayed in. We had to leave the window open all day to cool the room for the evening.
2. We were unable to open our window at night as people gathered outside from approximately 11pm. Even with the window shut we were kept awake all night from the people gathered outside talking up to 6am.
due to these two reasons i would never stay in this hotel again. Which is a shame as the staff were so helpful to us.
