They failed to charge us for the last night, then told us the next morning we hadn't paid as we were trying to board the hotel shuttle to the airport. It was there error but cost us time and embarassment. Would have liked to have a way to have hot water in the room for drinks.

The room was wonderful and very comfortable.

It was like in a bad cafe. No printer connected, so no possibility to print your boardingpass (for an airport hotel). Dirty cigarette smell all over the place. Long procedure at the desk. Bathroom smell like a sewerage.
