1st time & last Reviewer: Stephen Anthony Bolger Date of review: 10 September 2007 Recommends this hotel: NO Recommended for: Couples Room Hotel Facilities 5 Bed 4 Ambience 1 Cleanliness 4 Service 5 Room Size 2 Location 3 Amenities 3 Value for Money 3 Staff at desk were very helpful.Plenty of lobby shops & bars to browes around but the bar prices in the hotel were very high.Hotel lobby looks good on arrival but once you arrive in the hall/lobby on your floor you will see that the carpet must have been down since the 70's,very badly worn, & the walls seem to have trouble from a bad case of rising damp.Once in the room though everything seemed fine.Took my son down to the pool for a swim but changed our minds when we seen it had not been cleaned for some time.A good,economical hotel for just one evening before you have to catch a flight,but that's all.If you would like to make your stay a longer one & part of your holiday then better to pay more for the extra comfort & cleanliness. 4/10.

Room very nice, modern and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent value for the price. But hallway looked like a war zone -- holes in the walls, unpainted areas. My room did not have a plate with the room number -- and given that I arrived at 01:45, I did NOT want to try to enter the wrong room! That is the reason for my low rating above of "hotel ambience". Ignore my answer to hotel facilities. I did not have time to examine any of the facilities, but could not submit the form leaving the answer blank.

The room was great we felt like kings while we were styaing in the hotel.

Pick-up service impossible to reach by telephone at night. Hotel in urgent need of renovation. Value for money not justified. Bathrooms are run down as well as carpets in room and especially in corridors.
