Price charged was not as on the booking confirmation, (price had increased by €50).
our room was tiny, there was no hairdryer, and the rude hotel staff did not attemt to help or show any interest.
none of the rooms had an iron,
... the reception staff told guests that if they wanted an iron that they should purchase one.
the hotel bar does not accept cash, and the machine to order drinks was broken, so the barman had to keep running to the reception for each transaction.
we attended a wedding reception, and the food was excellent, and very well presented, also the wine served was of a high standard.
overall the hotel looks very well, but the accomodation leaves something to be desired, and although some of the staff are very helpfull (bar staff) others could do with a course in customer service (reception).
i would only recommend this hotel for a single overnight stay, as the room size would be too cramped for longer durations.
