Comment on Hotel :
The hotel offers value for money, but a traveller needs to have a car, or be happy to use the trams, as the hotel is located out of the main part of Amsterdam.
We did not eat in the hotel, so cannot comment on meals.
There are a couple of excellent restaurants within comfortable walking distance.
We found check in and out very easy.
