We wanted to be near Las Ramblas but we wanted to be able to sleep well at night and this hotel was great for that. Just a block from Las Ramblas and close to the metro. I would definitely recommend it for those on a budget.

'07, through the internet, we wanted a hotel close to the Rambles area. So I was depending on the booking site to be acurate, it was. We were right off the main area and within easy reach of the Cities facilities, shops, tappa bars, buses, metro etc. Lots of lovely bars and places to eat down the adjoining side streets. Lovely to stroll around in the evenings. Very safe always preople around. Hotel was very clean, quiet, comfortable. We were warmly greeted and our room no. 601 on the 6th floor looked out from a nice terrace over the street and some sky line. Room was not too large but our request for a double was catered for, nice size bathroom and housekeeping every day. Breakfast was €10 per morning extra and was good, fry, cereal, coffee toast, meats etc. We really liked this hotel and area and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
