Comment on Hotel :
A nice hotel, but needs a little sprucing up. For example, the carpet in the bedroom should be replaced, not because of wear and tear but because of being stained, giving the impression of being unclean. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. One slight problem was being asked to pay for room minibar purchases when the minibar had not been used by us. Notwithstanding this, staff dealt with the situation courteously. The hotel is slightly away from the city centre, but public transport links (tram and/or bus) are very good. Hotel room was adequate, with bed linen and towels replaced regularly. Sound proofing between adjoining rooms could be better, but not overly obtrusive. Breakfast is fine, with a large selection of cereals, cold meats, cheeses and bread. Fried eggs and omelettes are available on request to accompany hot bacon.
