We arrived at night and when walking to our room, we were reminded of the movie: the shining. Dark, deserted, old and creepy. Service was two fold. At our arrival we got a vvery friendly service from an elderly gentelman. But during check-out we got
... a very rude woman helping us. She almost cursed at us when we were asking too many questions. Location. . . It was too far from utrecht. . . The station. . . And we had to pay 80 euro to go back and forth. . Beds were small and hard. The room smelled like smoke, whereass we specially requested non smoking. There was only one small heater in the room and as a result we were freezing in the room at night. The tv and its remote control were also in poor condition.
