The lift was full with the sheets and towels carrage when we called it, we had to roll it out without help to get into lift. When we asked how to get to Centro we were told to take the bus...nobody told us we needed tickets and where to get them though it was just 2 min. away walking, it would have been so easy for the receptionist to tell us. Was supposed to be a 3* got there, was a 2*. The bed is non inviting though clean. The room looks pittyful and has no charm at all. Discouraging and depressing at first site, almost turned back. shower has no curtain therefore water everywhere. Parking on website should say it is in the street half way up on the sidewalk...not so secure for the car.
