We asked for two rooms, and 4 beds, and were given two rooms and 3 three beds. When we arrived at 14:30 on Sunday the 10th, are rooms were not ready, and they asked up to come back in 1/2 hours. We took a stroll around the Dam, and returned at 14:15, are rooms were still not ready, and we waited in the hotel bar for another 18 minutes. I hope a woman reads this, my wife has hot flashes, and in room 303, the A/C didn't work. Also on the door jam in the bathroom there was bodily fluid (looked like blood).

A simple trip to Reception would require a wait of at least 10 minutes. The room I was first allocated on checkin had not been cleaned. I had to return to reception to ask for a new room
